At KB, we have been installing roofing since 1977. Our commitment to our customer is quality at a fair price. We give a 5 year complete guarantee. Our crews are insured, bonded and fully trained. Steel Roofing

At KB, we have completed many steel roofing projects in downtown Kingston and in the surrounding areas of Kingston. Steel roofing when done properly and installed on the correct slope, can have an incredibly long life and is a durable system for keeping your house protected from water damage. Flat Roofs

At KB, we install single ply modified bitumen membrane roofing to our residential and commercial customers. We also provide maintenance and repairs to flat roofs. This type of roofing is a much better retrofit for flat roofs that have gravel on them for the following reasons:

• Lower cost

• Same life expectancy

• Easy repair if needed

• Clean flat looking roof with no stone blow offs

• Easy for torching flashings to edges so it gives an excellent seal

• Since this roofing is torch down, the cold weather application is not a problem.

Cedar Shingles / Cedar Shakes

At KB, we have been supplying and installing Cedar shingles and Cedar shakes since 1977. We have completed some of Kingston’s most prestigious properties. We also specialize in Copper flashing which we installed at Queen’s University, at Sir John A. MacDonald house, at numerous churches and customers homes. Cedar is a long lasting durable type of roofing that seals and beautifies at the same time.

Condominium Repairs

Since 1987, we at KB Homes have made it our duty to repair many aspects of the low rise and high rise Condominiums in the Kingston Area. We have extensive experience in many of these areas such as roofing, windows, masonry, interior renovations, structural repairs, and waterproofing wall systems. We have several long standing employees that are exceptionally skilled in these fields.

Home Renovations

At KB, we specialize in home renovations. We have renovated some of the most unique homes in the Kingston Area. We have done numerous types of renovations, from small to complete inside and out renovations that take longer to build then new. Our staff consists of careful artisans and master craftsmen skilled in these types of renovations. Our careful artisans and master craftsmen and other skilled staff enable us to provide you with an exceptionally fabulous end product. We are able to complete most of our custom building and renovations using our skilled staff and sub-contract little. This has proven to be exceptionally valuable to our customers, as we are able to provide them with outstanding service and products.

Commercial Renovations

Since 1987, we at KB Homes have dressed and re-dressed the front facades of buildings in the Kingston downtown and uptown core. We not only beautify the outsides of these commercial buildings, but we renovate the interior to fit each clientele.

Restoration of Heritage Houses

Many of Kingston’s Limestone treasures have had to have major work done to them to ensure that these houses are preserved in their original detail and design. At KB, we have a staff of master carpenters and stone masons that can make this happen. In 1994, 1996, 2001 & 2004, we were honoured with Heritage Awards for our work done to these homes.

Masonry

At KB, we have completed many masonry jobs that range from Limestone Repairs at several churches, buildings and houses in the Kingston Area. We have also completed many chimney replacements and repairs. We have re-pointed many walls and buildings and have done several Condo masonry wall repairs. In addition, we have installed interlocking sidewalks and retaining walls. In the past several years, we have been the recipient of numerous Peoples Choice Awards.
